Glad to see cider being made in Paso Robles, California. The See Canyon classic is a solid cider, not overwhelming with tannins but still noticeable. Moderately effervescent and just a touch cloudy. Fruity but not overly sweet. That said, it does have a odd after taste that was not to my liking. A good down-the-middle cider for See Canyon to have in their portfolio, will be interested to try their Triple Threat and Premium Dry as probably more my style.
Looking at the bottle it says it’s currently only for sale in California so you’ll have to visit the Golden State to get your fill of this one. (I found it at Sunset Beer Company in Echo Park)
